  1. Acceptance of Terms

    Welcome to the Miss Dora mobile application (hereafter referred to as “the Service” or “the App”). The Service is developed and operated by Obiwan Co., Limited (hereafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”). These terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the Service (hereafter referred to as “you” or “the User”).

    Please read and understand these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “the Terms”) carefully before you access the App, register an account, use the Service, or subscribe. By starting to use the Service, you agree to comply with all the Terms and our Privacy Policy.


  2. Service Overview

    Miss Dora is an AI interactive learning application specifically designed for children aged 3 to 8 years. Utilizing voice recognition and natural language processing technologies, Miss Dora offers storytelling, role-playing, and other features to enhance children's imagination and language skills.

    This Service only permits account registration by adults aged 18 or older, and child users must use the service content under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


  3. Account and Usage Regulations

    The account registrant must be an adult aged 18 or over.

    Each main account can create up to 5 sub-users for individual children to use content independently.

    All subscription, payment, package upgrade, and account configuration operations can only be completed with parental verification (PIN).

    Parents are responsible for their children's usage time, behavior, and content exposure.

  1. Subscription Services and Payment Plans

    We offer Premium packages categorized by the number of users, including the following levels:

    • Premium 1 Kid

    • Premium 2 Kids

    • Premium 3 Kids

    • Premium 4 Kids

    • Premium 5 Kids

    All subscription plans are provided through the Apple App Store and are automatically renewed monthly or annually. Users can choose different packages based on the number of sub-users, granting access to the corresponding content.

    The number of sub-users can be upgraded during the subscription term. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and the remaining subscription time will be partially refunded according to Apple’s policy. The review and amount of the refund will be determined and executed by Apple.

    Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Paid subscriptions will terminate after the current cycle ends. If a refund has been processed, the Service will be terminated immediately upon confirmation of the refund.


  2. Voice Input and Data Processing

    Voice recognition (ASR) technology will be used to process interactions between users and Miss Dora.

    The text data transcribed from voice recognition may be stored anonymously to optimize the accuracy of voice recognition and the performance of content recommendation models.

    We do not store raw audio recordings. All processing activities are conducted in compliance with the Privacy Policy, COPPA, and other relevant laws and are not used to identify individual children or transmitted to third parties.

  1. Usage Scope

    Users are entitled to access and use the content provided by Miss Dora during the validity of their subscription.

    All service content, including images, audio, text, and interactive logic, is limited to family use for non-commercial educational purposes.

    The use of service content for public broadcasting, offline teaching, video platform retransmission, or any form of profit-making purposes is strictly prohibited.

    Users may not transfer, share, lend, or resell their accounts for others to use.

  1. Code of Conduct

    To ensure a positive experience for all family users, you shall not engage in the following behaviors:

    • Use automated scripts, add-ons, or unauthorized plugins to modify or interfere with the Service;

    • Input any threatening, obscene, false, or misleading content into the Service;

    • Impersonate others to register accounts or utilize others' payment methods;

    • Exploit vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer, or test backdoors to bypass or compromise the security structure of the Service.

    In the event of violations, we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and delete all data without a refund.


  2. Service Changes and Termination

    We reserve the right to adjust, optimize, or terminate the functionalities, pricing, package structure, content, or technical framework of this App.

    If your account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, all relevant data will be permanently deleted and cannot be exported or recovered.

    This Service is not liable for any inconvenience or losses caused by temporary interruptions, adjustments, or discontinuation of functionalities.


  3. Disclaimer

    Educational content and recommendations provided by this Service are intended to inspire children's language and cognitive development and do not constitute medical diagnosis or psychological counseling.

    We strive to ensure the availability and stability of the Service but do not guarantee its continuous 100% normal operation across all networks, devices, and system environments.

    The Company is not liable for any losses caused by actions beyond our control, such as changes in Apple platform policies, In-App Purchase issues, interruptions, or refund misjudgments.


  4. Applicable Regions

    This Service currently operates and is accessible in the following regions:

    United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Indonesia, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR of China.

    Users should ensure that their use of the Service in the aforementioned regions complies with local laws and regulatory requirements.


  5. Dispute Resolution

    If you have any disputes or objections regarding our Service, Terms, or content, you should first contact us at support@heydora.ai to attempt to negotiate a resolution.

    If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to a legally binding arbitration body for one-on-one arbitration, without engaging in or participating in class action, collective claims, representative actions, or other legal proceedings.

    The location of arbitration and applicable procedures will be reasonably determined based on the location of the dispute and the laws of the user's region. We reserve the final right of interpretation regarding the method and location of dispute resolution within the confines of the law.

  1. Legal Application

    These Terms are applicable to the regions where we provide the Service and shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with local laws, the laws of Obiwan Co., Limited’s registered location, and Apple’s platform policies.

    If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a local judicial authority, such provision does not affect the validity of the other parts of these Terms.

    We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    We encourage users to regularly review the updates on the official website. If you continue to use the Service after the Terms are updated, you will be deemed to accept and agree to be bound by the updated content.

    In circumstances where we reasonably determine that user rights may be significantly affected, we reserve the right to notify through service page prompts, emails, or announcements.
